If you have considered the above and feel like you have a problem with online betting, you are welcome to send us written communication requesting that we temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Once your account has been suspended, you will not be able to access your Zamlottery account. If you have requested that your account be permanently suspended, you will have to make a new account registration request if you wish to bet again. If your account registration is approved by Zamlottery, your account will be re-opened.
If you have requested that your account be temporarily suspended, when you feel that you are ready to bet responsibly again you can send a written request for us to re-activate your account.
